There are two kinds of sleep: non-rapid eye movement eye movement (NREM) and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. A sleep disorder (somnipathy) is a medical disorder of the sleep patterns of a person or animal. Sleeping is the on of the most important factor in life. The sleep disorder is mainly occured in between the age group of 30 to 50 years and olders. Most of persons must have sleep 6 to7 hours and teenageers are sleep 8 to 9 hours. We have been dealing with sleeping issues for a long time, both personally and professionally. Many people have problems falling asleep, staying asleep or simply sleeping well. The sleep disorder is mainly appeared in men (4%) than in women (2.5%).
A lack of restorative rest can cause accidents on the job and on the road; affect your relationships, health, and mental prowess; and make you feel generally “disconnected” to the world around you. Failure to achieve a normal restful night of sleep is often the cause of a great deal of misery for patients and their loved ones. Some people’s sleeping disorders are complex–commonly there are a combination of issues that need resolving, and for a lot of people it can take more than one step to cure their Insomnia or their Sleep Apnea. Sleep-wake cycles are governed by a complex group of biological processes that serve as internal clocks. An insufficient number of hours of sleep may lead to sleep deprivation. Some 40 million Americans suffer from chronic disorders of sleep and wakefulness.

Thanks, good information. Nice presentation.
Are you medicated? You should really consult your physician if you have any issues, questions, or concerns regarding your sleeping disorder, not idiots on yahoo answers.
Height is mostly governed by your genes.
Height can be stunted by poor nutrition in your early years.
Sleep has nothing to do with it.
You might still be growing –15? You might have several years of growth ahead.
Stop fretting. There's noting anyone can do about their height. Your max height was determined when egg met sperm.
blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I'm 50 now. I used to have exactly the same kind of dreams. It was really scary. Gradually I had this till I was about 16 then it went away. Myself or my parents could never figure out the reason.
I think you will grow out of it too. If at all possible, don't sleep too far away from where the other family members sleep. During that time my room was next to my parents' room.
This evening, pretend that tomorrow is the first day of school and try to follow your usual schedule. If you think you'll have problems sleeping, try reading a book and listening to music right before you go to sleep. Ask your parents if it's okay for you to use Tylenol. Sometimes Tylenol will relax you enough to sleep. Avoid any rigorous activities and caffeine for three hours prior to going to bed.
Set your alarm for 5:00am and actually get up at that time and go through your normal routine. Try to stay up as long as possible. Take a short nap in the afternoon if you feel you need it. You will probably fail the first couple of days but then you'll begin to notice that your body is actually getting used to the new schedule and by the first day of school you'll be ready to go. Good luck.
Fatal Familial Insomnia. You can read about it on wikipedia.org
it seems you are exaggerating. you kind of like the idea of being "really messed up." it makes you feel like you have to overcome much more than your peers and that you deserve credit for this. your post comes off more like a bragging list of "look at what all is wrong with me." this is most likely the way your counselor will perceive all of this as well. if you really insist that this is genuine then just take it one day at a time. gradually it will seem less important.
I doubt if your husband can kill anyone except himself if his condition deteriorates to a point where he doesn't want to live anymore. This is rare in the case of Borderline Personality Disorder but it has happened. You must understand that this illness is one that rarely responds to a therapist no matter how good they are. The person with BPD swings back and forth like a pendulum. I love you. I hate you. all in one day. You are sick…I ignore you. I have my own problems. Look at this picture of me that I took with my phone camera. Don't I look terrible? The desire for sympathy. No empathy for others. It is rare. I must tell you in all candor that living with a person with BPD is a nightmare and I do not believe that it will get better. Ask your husband outright and without a sign of fear…..could you kill us while we sleep? Are you a threat to the family? Tell me the truth. Don't be afraid to tell him how you feel however be prepared for some purely selfish and often idiotic answers.
